The Shoppes at Southern Palms is a 230,000 square foot, 25 acre retail center in West Palm Beach, Florida. The project is anchored by the largest Dick’s Sporting Goods in South Florida and Kohl’s department stores. The Shoppes was developed in an institutional joint venture on a challenging time frame that required the property’s rezoning during a land acquisition option period. Additionally, through successful collaboration with state and local agencies, the center’s frontage road was able to be expanded, adding to the hurdles successfully overcome to execute the project.
